Strategic sourcing, contract and supplier management for complex IT environments and public-sector organisations.
Strategy, contract and collaboration belong together. Aquizzit connects the choices made before going to market with the reality after signature. Together, these disciplines provide control over value, risk and collaboration.
From market strategy to controlled execution.
Clear agreements. Manageable obligations.
Deliver together. Improve continuously. Create value.
No standard model imposed on the organisation. First define what truly needs to work — then shape the direction, agreements and governance around it.
We bring interests, risks, dependencies and intended value together. We start with the real challenge, not with the contract.
A well-founded sourcing and market strategy aligned with the organisation, its technology and its governance context.
Selection, dialogue and contracting become one coherent process: legally robust and workable in practice.
The real work starts after signature: implementation, measurement, adjustment and keeping the collaboration productive.
A strong contract is not the finish line.
It is a governance instrument.
Decisions informed by the market, cost, risk, feasibility and dependencies.
Agreements that make accountability explicit and can accommodate change.
Supplier relationships where performance can be addressed openly and improvement becomes systematic.
Work directly with the professional who analyses, negotiates and leads the engagement.
One consistent line from market choices and contracting through implementation and supplier governance.
Technology, law, procurement and governance interests are handled as one connected whole.
The client’s challenge leads — not a methodology, platform or supplier interest.
Marc founded Aquizzit to help organisations translate complex technology, market choices and governance interests into agreements that work in practice. Rick joined Aquizzit to complete its services with specialist IT legal expertise. Sourcing, technology, commercial interests and law now come together from the first market engagement onwards.
Aquizzit connects sourcing strategy, IT procurement, contract management and supplier governance with legally robust agreements for SaaS, cloud, licensing, outsourcing, implementation and exit. This keeps one coherent line from the first market choice to day-to-day performance.
The integrated IT legal expertise covers technology, data, contract and privacy law. Aquizzit translates complex challenges into governable decisions, controlled risks and workable agreements that continue to perform under pressure.
The approach is grounded in business administration, information technology and research into successful IT outsourcing relationships.
Strategy, tendering, contracting, legal terms, governance, negotiation and disputes are handled as one coherent challenge.

From strategic market choices to contracts and supplier relationships that continue to work in practice.
Strategic sourcing connects organisational objectives to deliberate choices about the market, suppliers, contract models and governance. It goes beyond procurement by designing risk, dependencies, transition, exit and future collaboration from the outset.
During a complex IT tender, outsourcing initiative, contract extension, transition or stalled supplier relationship. Independent leadership creates clarity, accelerates decisions and makes interests, dependencies and responsibilities explicit.
Contract management focuses on agreements, obligations, change, risk and performance. Supplier management takes a broader view of the relationship, collaboration, escalation and shared value. In practice, the two disciplines reinforce one another.
Yes. Aquizzit supports public-sector organisations with sourcing strategy, market consultation, tendering, competitive dialogue, negotiation, contracting and preparation for implementation and transition.
Yes. The move from contract to delivery is decisive. Aquizzit can support implementation, governance, KPIs, change processes, supplier reviews, renegotiation and continuous improvement.
IT legal expertise connects technology and delivery with the law. It covers SaaS, cloud, licensing and outsourcing contracts, privacy and data, intellectual property, information security, AI, liability, compliance, continuity and exit. The goal is not more legal wording, but agreements that control risk and remain workable.
For new or stalled IT contracts, outsourcing, cloud and SaaS procurement, privacy or data matters, major contract changes, disputes, audit and compliance questions, or whenever commercial, technical and legal interests are not properly aligned.
Aquizzit brings the disciplines together from the outset. Market strategy, tendering, negotiation, legal terms, governance and day-to-day supplier management therefore reinforce one another. The contract becomes an effective governance instrument rather than a separate legal document.

Aquizzit Intelligence brings together six practical tools: the Sourcing Radar, Supplier Top 250, Contract Health Check, Procurement Maturity Scan, live ICT tender dashboard and IT case law. The Intelligence menu lets you move directly between them.
Open Aquizzit IntelligenceThe radar follows 25 current themes across sourcing, technology, regulation, security, cost and governance. Each topic includes impact, urgency, maturity, opportunity, contract impact, time horizon, trend, context and a concrete Aquizzit takeaway.
Explore the Sourcing RadarAs you type, the search only suggests radar topics that will produce a result. You can also filter by Cloud, AI, Regulation, Contracts, Security, Cost, Governance and Sustainability. Selecting a suggestion opens the relevant analysis immediately.
Search the radarBlue marks strategic developments that require directional choices. Green highlights opportunities that may create value or acceleration. Amber means prepare: the development requires analysis and readiness. Red is urgent and calls for governance or contractual action in the near term.
View the colour-coded signalsAdopt means a development is sufficiently proven and relevant to apply now. Assess calls for targeted investigation into impact and applicability. Observe is for early signals that merit active monitoring. Experiment fits promising but immature developments that should be tested on a small, controlled scale.
View the action zonesDistance from the centre represents the expected proximity of the effect. Now means 0–12 months and requires direct attention. Near is 12–24 months. Prepare is 24–36 months. Explore is 36 months or later. The position is an interpretation, not a predicted calendar date.
View the ring guideContract Impact translates a development into the agreements it is likely to affect. Four out of five dots means high impact, for example. The analysis then identifies SLA, KPI, security, exit, licences, pricing model and governance. This turns a trend signal into a practical review agenda.
View an exampleThe Top 250 is an independent starting point for desk research, market consultation, an RFI or a longlist. It is not a ranking, quality certificate or automatic selection recommendation. It broadens the field; suitability must always be tested against your specific scope, risks and requirements.
Open the Supplier Top 250You can search by supplier name, service or sourcing challenge. Predictive suggestions only show terms with results and immediately state the number of matches. You can also filter by initial letter, market segment, sourcing lens and origin. Each profile includes services, strengths, positioning and a relevant sourcing question.
Explore suppliers and filtersThe check contains eighteen statements across six perspectives: governance and ownership, performance and value, pricing and financial control, flexibility and change, risk and compliance, and continuity, dependency and exit.
Start the Contract Health CheckAs you answer, the check builds an overall score and a score for each perspective. It identifies the first priority and helps determine where evidence, agreements or governance need to be strengthened. You can print a completed result and start again. The scan is an initial indication, not legal advice.
See how the check worksThe scan assesses 25 behavioural and governance characteristics across strategy, governance, contracts, supplier relationships, quality, invoicing, risk and exit. Every answer option includes a meaning and practical example. You receive a maturity profile, strengths and a first improvement priority. It is a practical baseline, not a certification.
Start the Procurement Maturity ScanThe dashboard reads public TenderNed notices through the TNS service and selects IT services, software, hardware, telecoms and networks. This edition includes current notices and 2025 data. Every verified winner shown by name is connected through a unique key to its profile in the Supplier Top 250. TenderNed remains legally authoritative.
View new ICT tendersAs you type, the dashboard suggests existing authorities, suppliers, ICT domains and CPV codes, including the number of matches. You can then combine European, open, market-consultation or awarded notices with domain, year, month and CPV filters. Every free-search term must occur in the notice.
Search the live market viewThe database contains 25 verified Dutch judgments from 2016 onwards on software development, IT services, licensing, procurement law, privacy, cyber risk and liability. Each ECLI includes the official source, core rule, contract impact, affected clauses and a concrete question for sourcing or contract management. The selection is general information, not legal advice.
Open IT case lawYou can search freely by ECLI, court, theme, clause or keyword. The search field only suggests existing ECLIs, courts and contract components and shows their match count. You can then refine by theme, judgment year, court and contract component.
Search IT case lawNo paid account or API key is required. Rechtspraak Open Data is public and free. An integration first searches ECLIs through the XML index and then retrieves available judgments individually, at no more than ten requests per second. Editorial verification remains necessary. Not all Dutch judgments are published; the judiciary is expanding coverage in stages.
View Rechtspraak Open DataKey topics include the Dutch Cybersecurity Act and NIS2, the AI Act’s new application phase, cloud switching and data access under the Data Act, vulnerability and reporting duties under the Cyber Resilience Act, and digital accessibility. Aquizzit translates these developments into requirements, evidence, acceptance, governance and supplier terms.
View legal developmentsThe Microsoft profile adds six fixed intelligence lenses: latest developments, contract changes, pricing, roadmap, risks and alternatives, with links to official Microsoft sources. This is the example model that can later be extended to other strategic suppliers.
Open the supplier databaseHow to use Aquizzit’s current stories, partner selection, language switcher and navigation.
Aquizzit selects five recent Dutch stories about sourcing, tendering, contracts, suppliers and relevant technology. Each item links to the original source and includes a concise summary and Aquizzit takeaway: what does the signal mean for strategy, governance or contracts?
Read the five sourcing storiesThe same four colours used in the Sourcing Radar show the meaning at a glance: strategic, opportunity, prepare or urgent. Each story can show three substantive connections: a named ICT supplier, a relevant tender and the corresponding radar development. This links news to the market, a contract opportunity and a course of action.

The Knowledge Centre (Beta) combines monthly Aquizzit analyses, the Contract Impact method, downloadable checklists and a coded question library. Initial downloads include an ICT tender start checklist, Contract Review Canvas and supplier review scorecard.
Open the Knowledge Centre (Beta)Ask Aquizzit is a transparent AI knowledge assistant in beta. It searches the coded Aquizzit question library and returns a concise answer with a question code and link for further reading. Answers are general information, not legal or procurement-law advice.
Each question follows a fixed nomenclature: AQ plus a domain and sequence number. STR means strategy, GOV governance, CON contract, SUP supplier relationship, QUA quality, FIN invoicing, RSK risk and EXT exit. This lets the library grow in a controlled way.
