Aquizzit keeps privacy straightforward: process only the data that is needed, use no commercial tracking and explain clearly what happens.
Who is responsible?
Individual answers to the Contract Scan and Procurement Scan remain in your browser. Only if you choose to save do we store the scan date, overall score, section scores and number of unknown answers with your signed-in account. Contract documents and individual answers are not transmitted.
You can sign in with your existing Aquizzit account or with ChatGPT through OpenAI. These sign-in methods each have their own scan portal and are not automatically linked by email address. The provider uses essential session information for sign-in.
When you move to the sign-in screen, we temporarily keep the selected score in the current browser tab. You can resume this score within 24 hours; after that it cannot be recovered. After signing in, you confirm saving. You can view and delete your saved results through My scans. We store up to 100 results per account until you delete them.

Why do we process this data?
When you use the contact form, we receive your first name, surname, email address, optional company name and the content of your request or question. If you email us directly, we process the information you include in your message.
The hosting environment may also process technically necessary security and server log data, such as IP address, time and requested page. This data is not used to build commercial visitor profiles.
Contact form, spam protection, Make and FormSubmit
We use personal data solely to:
- answer your question and contact you;
- discuss a potential engagement or collaboration;
- perform agreements and services;
- keep the website secure, available and functioning properly;
- comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the situation, the legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps or performing an agreement, a legitimate interest in communication and website security, or a legal obligation.
Retention periods
The contact form is technically handled through Make and FormSubmit. Submitted data first goes to a secure Make webhook. Make forwards it to FormSubmit, which delivers the message to info@aquizzit.nl and automatically sends an acknowledgement to the email address entered. Execution data may be processed temporarily in the logs of these services.
To reduce automated abuse, Aquizzit uses a hidden honeypot, server-side checks and, once the production keys have been activated, Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile assesses technical browser and network signals and is used solely for website security. The verification token is checked by the server and is not retained by Aquizzit. Read more in Cloudflare's privacy information. Do not send special-category or highly confidential personal data through the form; contact us directly first.
Cookies and external content
We generally retain an individual contact request for no longer than twelve months after the last substantive contact. If it results in an engagement, relevant data may be retained for longer where necessary for delivery, handling potential claims and statutory administration and retention obligations.
Data forming part of the tax records may be retained for the statutory seven-year period.
Sharing and security
Aquizzit uses Google Analytics 4 only after you give permission. Without permission, the Google tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed through Cookie settings.
After consent, we measure page paths, page titles and limited interactions, such as opening or completing a scan. Search terms, form content, names and email addresses are not sent to Analytics. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled. Aquizzit.nl and Aquizzit.com are measured as one cross-domain visit.
Client logos on the homepage and many interface images are served locally by Aquizzit. Areas such as supplier cockpits may load logos from an external source, including Google Favicons, which receives technical request information. External websites, LinkedIn and news sources opened through links are governed by their own privacy policies.
Aquizzit does not use marketing cookies or create advertising profiles.
Sharing and security
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared with service providers only where necessary for hosting, communication, administration or delivery of an engagement, or where required by law.
Aquizzit takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or transfer of your personal data. You may also object to processing. Email info@aquizzit.nl. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to verify your identity adequately.
If you have a complaint, we would appreciate hearing from you first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
Aquizzit may amend this notice when the website or services change. The current version is always available on this page.
